The service

CareerCue provides real-time transcription and concise interview coaching cues based on context you provide. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for what you say and for verifying every suggestion.

Permitted use and consent

You may use CareerCue for practice and during real conversations only when doing so is lawful, allowed by the employer or meeting rules that apply to you, and consistent with participant consent requirements. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, fabricate qualifications, secretly record people, or bypass an assessment's rules.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Pro is offered at $49 billed monthly or $228 billed yearly. Stripe handles payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal from the billing page. Changes to pricing will be disclosed before they apply to a future billing period.

Availability

Browser, meeting-provider, network, transcription, and AI-provider limitations can interrupt the service. CareerCue is provided without a guarantee that it will produce a cue for every question.
