BUSINESS ANALYST INTERVIEW PREP
Business Analyst Interview Questions and How to Answer
Business analyst interviews focus on gathering requirements, bridging business and technical teams, and clear documentation.
How do you gather requirements? How do you handle conflicting requirements? What is the difference between functional and non-functional requirements? Tell me about a process you mapped and improved. Which tools do you use? How do you make sure what was built matches what was needed?
1. How do you gather requirements?

How to answer:
Interviews, workshops, observing users, and reviewing existing documents. Write them as user stories with acceptance criteria. Confirm understanding with stakeholders before handing off.
